| Refunds and Cancellation Policy |
|
- If a registration for a program must be canceled, registration fees will be fully refunded if notice is received at least one week before the program.
- Refunds/Credits will not be provided for cancellations within one week of the start of the program or for participants that are late to a program.
- Programs may be canceled due to insufficient enrollment. If a program is canceled, participants will be contacted by phone or email as early as possible. A full refund will be given in the event that Lauritzen Gardens cancels a program.
- Programs will run as scheduled, regardless of weather, unless participants are contacted by Lauritzen Gardens staff by phone or email. In case of severe weather, participants should call (402) 346-4002, ext. 201 or (ext. 250 after 5 or on the weekend) to check the status of a program.
