The Marjorie K. Daugherty Conservatory is undergoing an exciting two-phase project to enhance the indoor garden spaces and update the internal systems to the latest in technology. The first phase of the project has been completed and the conservatory is currently closed to complete the second phase of the project. We can't wait to reopen our rejuvenated building, featuring new plant collections, in early fall 2025!

American Horticulture Society Reciprocal Membership Program

We welcome members of other public gardens that participate in the American Horticultural Society's Reciprocal Membership Program. The physical or digital membership card of their member garden and a photo ID are required for entry. Gardens all vary in their membership benefits and admission structure.
If you have questions about how your membership reciprocates with Lauritzen Gardens, please call us at (402) 346-4002, ext. 201 or 214.

Please note: Lauritzen Gardens enforces the 90-mile exclusion policy. Nebraska Statewide Arboretum members are not eligible for reciprocal admission. Reciprocal admission discounts are not valid for Bright Nights events.

Through the Museums for All program, guests who present a valid SNAP EBT card at our front desk, along with their photo ID, receive free admission for two adults (from the same household) and their dependent children.

Please note that this program only covers general garden admission and does include programs that require a separate registration fee or ticket, including classes, camps, workshops, and special events like Bright Nights.

Discovery Pass Program

Omaha Public Library cardholders may reserve a discovery pass to explore the garden. A printed or digital pass (shown on your device screen), along with a photo ID is required for entry.

This pass admits two adults and any household children aged 17 and under per visit.
One pass per family per visit is allowed at Lauritzen Gardens.

Pass benefits extend to the named library cardholder who made the reservation and are not transferable. The patron who makes the reservation must be present and included in the visiting party. Passes are only valid for the reserved date of the visit.

Each Omaha Public Library cardholder may reserve this pass once every 365 days.
