StoryWalk®: “Dig In!”
Take a stroll through the arboretum and explore all of the creepy, crawly, dirty, muddy, green, and growing things that can be found in the garden. Following along with the story “Dig In!” by Cindy Jenson-Elliott, your family can take part in some fun activities. StoryWalk® combines the love of reading with healthy, fun activities that fit the theme of the story to exercise your brain and body. Included with paid admission or with garden membership.

Family Workshop: Block Dinosaurs and Plants
THIS WORKSHOP IS SOLD OUT! Everyone likes a good brick build. We will be making our own little brick dinosaurs, and a plant for them to enjoy. The sets we are using are for age 6 and up. Younger children will need extra adult support. Each family registration will be making 2 small dinosaurs and 1 brick succulent plant. Pre-registration is required. $35, $25 for garden members

THIS WORKSHOP IS SOLD OUT! We love Mom to the Moon and Back. Come paint your own moon lamp. Each lamp comes with a moon shaped ball and a wooden stand. The moon comes with a battery, measures 4.75 inches, and has an on and off switch on the bottom. Add swirls of colors, flowers, rainbows, make it as unique as your love for Mom. Each family registration is for 1 moon lamp. Pre-registration is required. $30, $20 for garden members
