Lauritzen Gardens has migrated to XtruLink as the system to manage online transactions for admissions, special event ticket sales, class registrations, memberships, luncheon reservations, and donations. We hope that this platform will be more user friendly, but we understand that in the beginning, it is unfamiliar, and can present some challenges for users. Below are answers to some frequently asked questions.  

  

  

How do I register for an online account? 

As a member, you will need to register and create an account in Lauritzen Gardens' online platform, XtruLink.  

-      You can find set-up instructions to register your account here.  

-      You can click here to start setting up your own account.  

  

During the set-up process, if you are prompted to enter your membership ID number, that can be found on the front of your physical membership card or on your digital membership pass.  

  

The email address entered MUST be the primary email associated with your membership, otherwise you will not be recognized as an active member. Not sure what email address is associated with your annual membership? Can't find your membership ID number? Contact the membership team at (402) 346-4002, ext. 214 or membership@omahabotanicalgardens.org.  

  

  

  

I already signed up for a membership account in Altru do I need to sign up again? 

Yes. XtruLink connects to your membership record in Altru in order to confirm your membership level and benefits. However, your personal password and login information from Altru does not automatically carry over to XtruLink. We kindly ask that you create a new account to apply your membership benefits to future transactions.  

  

  

  

How do I apply my membership discount(s) to purchases? 

After your account has been created, you will need to select 'My Account' and then 'Login' before completing any transactions. This will tie to your membership account and apply any discounts for your level of membership. NOTE: You only need to register one time and then can go to 'Login' on all subsequent transactions.  

When you are properly signed in, your name will appear in the upper right-hand corner.  

After you have signed in to your account, our system will recognize you as a Lauritzen Gardens member (assuming your membership is current). When discounts are applied varies by product. Prices shown for classes are all at the base price and member discounts will be calculated and applied at the end of the transaction when you are ready to checkout. For some ticketed events or members only events, member pricing is visible prior to adding the tickets to the cart.    

 

How do I know if I successfully signed up for a program? 

You will receive an email confirmation shortly after completing the checkout process. If the confirmation does not arrive within a few minutes after signing up for the program, we ask that you please check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find a confirmation, our team will be happy to assist you and may be reached via the information below.
