About the exhibit 

A collection of works representative of the artist's love of incorporating found objects and natural elements (seeds, eggshells, reclaimed wood, etc.) into his 3-D art.  

 

About the artist 

Born and raised in Hartford, Connecticut, James Laurent moved to New York City to pursue an acting career. He has created and been drawn to art his entire life and loves to work with found object, incorporating both painting and three-dimensional elements to his work. He now resides in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
